Jordan holds a PhD in International Development, an MS in Emergency Preparedness, and a BS in Anthropology. He has won and administered over a million dollars in grants for refugee programs in Iraq. He created the lead generation process that grew a startup company from 1 to 50 million dollars in revenue. He is the CEO of Greaser Consulting, a services company that builds revenue systems for clients like Workday, SAP, and Google.

Dakota holds a Bachelor's in Organization Leadership and a Master’s in Human Resources and Employment Relations. He has been at the forefront of several successful start-up companies and has helped drive revenue and build internal processes for them.

Kimmie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Aside from finance, she writes drama productions for a local organization and produces on-air media for both the internet and radio. Her greatest joy is working with displaced youth as an advocate within the foster care system, as well as being an adoptive parent.
